A one day holistic wellness day for women on Bruny Island. Feel grounded, be nourished, breath with nature.

About this Event

Hi ladies

Jo and Emily invite you to come and enjoy a self-care day on Bruny Island. You will be deeply nourished with a full day of yoga and meditation whilst exploring a sustainable organic garden and being nourished with organic seasonal food on Jo’s farm. Enjoy the company and wisdom of other beautiful women, come as you are, feel loved and inspired.

We invite you to come and feel grounded, be nourished and simply breath with nature. Enjoy a deep connection with the natural elements and yourself.

We believe that women do not need to be fixed. What we feel women need is a safe and sacred place to be heard and held. To share stories and to have the space to be able to rest.

We also believe in living a simple, sustainable and authentic life. To be surrounded by others who lift you up.

This beautiful and nourishing wellness day on Bruny Island will hopefully leave you feeling inspired, empowered and most importantly well rested and nourished.

We hope you can make it

Lastly, the most important thing you will receive on the day: You will leave with a heart full of love and gratitude.

This 17.5km run starts at the Jetty beach campground and does a clockwise loop of the peninsula. Starting out on the 4wd track down the western side provides magnificent views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and the Southern ranges. At the bottom, runners take in a rare view of Partridge Island from the picturesque Butlers Beach before following a beautiful single track along the eastern side of the peninsula back to Jetty Beach.

The Bruny Island Race is the oldest, continuously (almost) conducted inshore/offshore race in Tasmania, arguably in Australia, providing the challenge of inshore sailing through the winding reaches of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and the open ocean waters of the Tasman Sea.
